Blair Beasley is an associate with Property Valuation & Consulting, Inc. and is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser RZ3871. Her appraisal experience includes research, data collection, verification, and analysis as well as narrative and form report writing of commercial and residential vacant land, proposed residential subdivision properties, recreational facilities, retail buildings, industrial buildings, office buildings, daycare facilities, greenhouse/nursery, commercial condominium properties, and other special purpose properties.
Dave Fuller Associate is a 4th generation Orange County resident and lifelong real estate student. He holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree from Auburn University. He has held a Florida real estate license for nearly 20 years and is currently a State of Florida Real Estate Appraisal trainee license number RI25303.

Delaney Every is the administrative/appraisal assistant with Property Valuation & Consulting, Inc. She became a new resident of Central Florida, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Leadership, Learning, and Literacy from the University of Arizona in 2021. Her role includes assisting the appraisers in research and preparation of reports as well as being responsible for daily clerical and administrative tasks.
Teri Robinson has worked as the Office Manager and Bookkeeper for Property Valuation & Consulting, Inc. since its inception. She has also performed the role of Executive Administrator at various times throughout the life of the business.
